Requesting and scheduling a service repair call
Our diagnosis begins by questioning the customer about the symptoms and circumstances of the malfunction and then moves on to a physical evaluation of the equipment. Once the source of the malfunction is determined we present the customer with an all-inclusive quote for the repair (review service rate here).
Upon approval of the quote by the customer, the repair is performed. If necessary we may need to make a trip to a local parts supply store or order out for the part. You can rest assured that before leaving a complete test of the equipment is preformed to ensure the repair was successful.
All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days; if for any reason the repair fails within that time frame we will correct the problem at no additional cost to the customer as soon as we are able. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and we go out of our way to make sure any failed repairs are corrected in an expedient fashion.
